• Employees
We have 53 employees, the majority of whom have been with us over five years – 32 of whom have completed the required class work and examinations to be licensed by the State Insurance Department as either Title Examiners, Escrow Closers or both.
• Business Volume
In 2009 we issued over 5,000 Title Insurance policies in the State of Utah and processed, through our Trust Accounts, receipts and disbursements in excess of $1.5 billion.
• Major Projects
While information relative to current project involvement is proprietary and confidential until the transactions are completed, we currently have in process several commercial projects that, when completed, will have policies issued with liabilities totaling in excess of $150,000,000.
• Past Projects
We have issued policies insuring numerous large commercial projects including the Delta Center, Park City Mountain Resort, Old Mill Golf Course, Park Meadows Golf Course, Fashion Place Mall, the Northwest Energy Building, the Questar Building, the Salt Palace expansion project, Jordan Commons and many others.
• Civic Involvement
In past years we have been major sponsor of the annual Utah Arts Festival, Red Butte Gardens, the Children’s Justice Center, Susan Komen Race for the Cure, title sponsor of the Founders Title Folk & Blue Grass Festival in Park City, Christmas Box House, Ronald McDonald House, Red Cross and contributor to many other local and national charities.
